Licensing Agreement

Ready.Lead.Go ™ is a collection of resources created by Dr. Tim Elmore and the Growing Leaders team. Funding for the content development and ongoing customer and technical support comes from licensing rights purchased by schools, universities, churches and organizations like yours. Growing Leaders requests that all users adhere to the usage policies outlined in this license agreement on a “good faith” basis.  

The annual licensing fee allows faculty and staff to reproduce the printed materials and distribute them to the students who are part of the Ready.Lead.Go program at your site.  It also allows reproduction of the printed materials for the families of the students in the program and for the faculty and staff directly involved in teaching the content.  The annual license fee gives you permission to print and distribute these materials to the students, families and faculty and staff during the specific time period the license is purchased and granted.  This permission includes duplication for distribution to faculty and staff through print reproduction, email or electronic creation onto CD.  All of the curriculum and images are copyrighted to Dr. Tim Elmore and Growing Leaders and are protected by US copyright laws, therefore editing of the content or utilization of the content, in whole or in part, in another format is prohibited.

Payment of a licensing fee for Ready.Lead.Go entitles the user to access and the use of resources on the Ready.Lead.Go web site for one year from the date of purchase. The teaching and professional development materials for the entire year are posted on the site to give uers the ability to customize the sequence for their students.  Access and use of the curriculum is restricted to the faculty and staff of the subscribing entity who are directly involved in implementing the program and may not be transferred or sold to another party.  POSTING OF ANY READY.LEAD.GO MATERIALS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, ON OTHER UNSECURED WEB SITES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  In addition, editing of the any of the Ready.Lead.Go resources for the purpose of redistribution or repurposing is strictly prohibited.
